Results Guarantee
If NightHook's technology misses a forwarded after-hours call, or the jobs booked through NightHook in your first 30 paid days are worth less than 2.5 times your monthly fee ($873 on the $349/mo After-Hours plan, measured by the quoted totals on your scorecard), your next month is free.
Conditions
The guarantee applies only while you:
- keep your rate card and service area current with NightHook;
- answer or return escalated calls within 15 minutes;
- keep call forwarding on as configured for the whole period.
How it's measured and applied
Everything is measured from NightHook's own call logs and your scorecard. The credit is applied to your next invoice; it is never paid out in cash.
NightHook guarantees only what it controls: answering, capturing, quoting per your rate card, and reporting. It does not guarantee ETAs, driver performance, or job outcomes.
The pilot agreement you sign is the full agreement and controls if anything here differs.
